Floyd Tripp

	Floyd Tripp, 51, Elkville, passed away at 11:05 p.m. on Monday, February 5, 2001 at St. Josephs Hospital in Murphysboro.
	Mr. Tripp was the owner of DuQuoin Auto Body. He was a member of the Beaucoup Hawg Hunters.  He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam.
	He was born December 9, 1949 at DuQuoin, the son of Jesse Floyd and Huldah Vashti (Jones) Tripp.  He married Carolyn A. Pearson on January 10, 1972 at Murphysboro.
	Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Tripp of Elkville; one son, Brian Tripp of Elkville; three daughters, Paige Tripp Gregory and husband Mark of DuQuoin, Jaime Tripp of Elkville and Alicia Kmucha and husband Brandin of Elkville; three sisters, Millie McCamish of Naples, Fla., Dayle Dietz of Carbondale and Linda Tomkins of Ontario, Canada and two grandchildren, Katelyn and Kylie Gregory.
	He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Helen.
	Funeral services were Friday, February 9 at 10 a.m. at Neal-McClure Memorial Chapel with Rev. Paul Brown officiating.  Interment was in Hallidayboro Cemetery.
	Friends called at Neal-McClure Funeral Home on Thursday, February 8 from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Friday from 7:30 a.m. until time of services.
